About the Oregano
Oregano is an aromatic herb, widely used in Mediterranean cuisine, with a sweet smell and strong flavor, with slight notes of earth and citrus notes. Its leaves are used for their robust, spicy and floral flavor and aroma, but are very delicate in dishes.
It is an excellent alternative to avoid excess salt or other sauces with fat.
